【Animal Experiment】-DB11/T828.3-2011 Chromosome 12 Marker Screening and Applicability Evaluation Research

Purpose: To identify the land by screening the missing chromosome 12 markers in the local standards for genetic quality control of piglets DB11/T828.3-2011, and comparing the genetic evaluations of the same and different markers. Analyze the suitability of trademarks.

Methods: Combined with literature reports, four sets of microsatellite markers were selected on chromosome 12, and two Chinese agricultural and piglet populations were used for screening; this is a highly polymorphic chromosome 12 marker combined with standard methods to form 18 sets of chromosome markers The whole chromosomal method is used to compare and analyze the genetic quality assessment of different populations in the same population. Use Popgen32 software to process and analyze the results obtained.

Results: All four groups of selected chromosome 12 markers have PIC values above 0.5 and are highly polymorphic. The current chromosome coverage, amplification stability and results evaluation criteria are: they are 94.7% and 96.0%, respectively . The ongda I line has not been modified, while the Nongda III line has been modified. The three indicators evaluated after the addition of chromosome 12 are 100% and 96.6%, and both groups have been modified.

Conclusion: The four groups of chromosome 12 markers selected in this study are highly polymorphic, which provides data support for the improvement of DB11/T828.3-2011.
