OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the effect of transverse bone wound repair agent on the blood physiological indexes and organ indexes of the osteoporotic fracture model in ovariectomized mice.
Method: 30 female foals were divided into control group, model group and treatment group. The grapevines in the treatment group and the model group caused tibial fractures 6 months after bilateral oophorectomy and were confirmed to be osteoporosis. From the second day after the fracture, the Henggu bone wound healing agent was administered by gavage every two days, and the model group and the control group were administered the same amount of normal saline every two days by gavage. Three months after intragastric administration, blood physiological indexes and organ indexes of each group were tested.
Results: Among the 16 blood physiological indicators, the absolute value, absolute value and percentage of white blood cell count and lymphocytes in the model group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.01). And the absolute value is also reduced (P<0.05). Compared with the model group, the percentage and absolute value of monocytes in the treatment group increased significantly (P<0.01), the absolute value and percentage of lymphocytes, and the number of white blood cells increased significantly (P<0.01). (U003c0.05), the spleen coefficient of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the model group (P<0.05).
Conclusion: Yokotani bone wound healing agent improves the immunity of osteoporotic fracture trees and potatoes.
