　　Method: Simulate the environment of different brightness, use the fluorescent indwelling needle and the normal indwelling needle to perform venipuncture on the vein of the dog, and compare the success rate of puncture and the puncture time.

　　Result: In the mysterious brightness group and the low brightness group, there is a significant difference between the success rate and puncture time of the two types of IV needles (P\u003c0.05).

　　Conclusion: The advantage of using a fluorescent IV indwelling needle for venipuncture at dawn, twilight and low-light environments is that it can increase the success rate of puncture and reduce the puncture time.
