The air duct design of the transportation vehicle adopts three-stage filtration system of primary, middle and high. It can be equipped with on-board transportation isolator and IVC cage to form a mobile barrier and isolation environment. It can transport both SPF pigs and sterile pigs. It can transport SPF chickens, SPF ducks, SPF mice, SPF dogs and other small and medium-sized experimental animals.
The overall dimensions of the vehicle (length × width × height) are 7050 × 2230 × 3180 (mm), and the compartment is divided into three sections: equipment section, use section and buffer (animal transfer) section, the length is 1000mm/4000mm/ 1000mm, can carry 36 special transport boxes, 72 piglets under 4 weeks old can be transported, 36 piglets can be transported for 6-8 weeks old, and adult SPF pigs can be transported directly using the barrier environment.
The main body of the transport vehicle can be partially purified up to level 7, using full-in and full-out fresh air, the number of air changes is greater than 10, the pressure difference is greater than 20Pa, and the cold and heat adjustable temperature control system is equipped to ensure the comfort of experimental animals during transportation.
At the same time, in order to ensure the safety, stability and long-term operation during transportation, three methods including diesel generator set, battery pack and external AC220V mains power during parking are designed to provide power for on-board equipment.
In addition, a vehicle-mounted camera is installed on the top wall of the front of the loading cabin of the transport vehicle, and a seven-inch display screen is connected to the camera in the cabin of the cabin. When in use, the camera can be used to monitor the situation in the loading cabin. Remote monitoring through the mobile APP network of the mobile phone to ensure the control of emergency situations and emergency treatment at any time during the transportation of live pigs.
