[Animal Modeling]-Effect of Feilong Palm Blood Extract on Inflammatory Factors in Hyperlipidemia Rats with Myocardial Ischemia

Objective: To observe the effect of Feilong Palm Blood Extract (TAE) on inflammatory factors in rats with hyperlipidemia and myocardial ischemia, and to preliminarily explore the protective effect of TAE on cardiovascular.

Method: Take male SD rats and feed them a high-fat diet for 4 weeks to induce hyperlipidemia. They were randomly divided into control group, model group, simvastatin group, TAE high-dose and low-dose groups, and were fed continuously for 4 weeks. 72 grams of isoproterenol hydrochloride (Iso) was subcutaneously injected 72 hours before the end of the test to establish a hyperlipidemia myocardial ischemia model. Rat ECG, heart, liver, fat index, total cholesterol (total cholesterol, total cholesterol), triglycerides (TG), high-density lipoprotein (HDL), low-density lipoprotein (LDL) and the inflammatory factor tumor necrosis Factor-α (Tumor Necrosis Factor-α, Tumor Necrosis Factor-α, Interferon-γ (Interferon-γ, INF-γ), Interleukin 6 (IL-6), Interleukin 10 (IL-10) Content, myocardial histopathological observation.

Result: TAE ameliorated the changes of Iso-induced myocardial ischemia in rat ECG, inhibited the heart, liver, fat index and serum TC? TG? Reduce LDL content, increase serum HDL content, serum TNF-α? Reduce INF-γ. ? Increase IL-6 level, serum IL-10 level (P), improve the pathological damage of myocardial tissue.

Conclusion: Feilong palm blood extract may reduce blood lipid levels by regulating the balance of anti-inflammatory and pro-inflammatory factors, thereby exerting its cardiovascular protective effect.
