After 7 days of treatment with Wuji Pills, the above symptoms can be significantly improved. Compared with the normal control group, the levels of CGRP, SS, and VIP in the brain tissue of PI-IBS rats increased significantly (P <0.05), and the concentration of NPY decreased significantly (P <0.05); while Wuji pills were administered Can significantly reduce the concentration level of CGRP, SS and VIP (P <0.05), significantly increase the concentration level of NPY (P <0.05).
