  OBJECTIVE: To study the effect of Xiaoaiping injection on the pathological damage of liver tissue in rats with liver cancer induced by intraperitoneal injection of diethylnitrosamine, as well as its effect on liver cancer cell migration in hypoxic tumor microenvironment and its mechanism.

  Method: Select 60 SD rats and divide them into 48 model groups and 12 normal control groups randomly. The model group was intraperitoneally injected with diethylnitrosamine to establish a liver cancer model, and the normal control group was intraperitoneally injected with the same amount of normal saline. After 14 weeks, the model group was randomly divided into 3 groups. The two groups were injected intraperitoneally with small and high doses of Xiaoaiping injection, and one group and the normal control group were injected with the same dose of normal saline 5 days a week for 4 weeks. Sampling was taken at the 19th week to detect the pathological changes of rat liver tissue.
