Objective: The effect of different exercise methods on the emotional behavior of aggressive rats.
Method: 50-week-old, 12-week-old SPF male SD rats were randomly divided into 5 groups after adaptive feeding for 1 week: quiet (A) group, aggressive model (G) group, and aggressive jumping. The platform (GT) group, the attack treadmill (GP) group and the invasion (R) group used single cage rearing + foreign mouse invasion to establish a rat attack model. We observed changes in the emotional behavior of the aggression model rats. I used two sports for an 8-week intervention. The group trains three days a week, while the treadmill group trains five days a week. In each group of rats, field experiments were conducted in the middle and later stages of training to observe the changes in emotional behavior after exercise intervention.
Results: During the experiment, the rats in the aggressive model (G) group significantly reduced exploratory behavior, activity levels and spontaneous activities. They have high emotional anxiety and tension. After intervening in platform high jump and treadmill exercise for four weeks, they began to attack. There are significant differences in the number of standings, strides and changes between the platform jumping (GT) group and the offensive treadmill (GP) group. Have. The average speed, central activity time and total distance of the two groups of rats increased significantly. The behavioral changes of rats in the aggressive model (G) group, such as excitability, exploratory behavior and self-attention, have been improved to varying degrees, and platform jumping has a significant impact on the behavior of rats. After eight weeks of platform jumping and treadmill exercise intervention, the excitability of the rats in the attack jumping platform (GT) and attack treadmill (GP) groups increased significantly, but the excitability of the rats increased after the treadmill exercise intervention. Sex, exploratory behavior and voluntary activities have decreased significantly. This is different from an attack. There was no significant difference in the model (G) group.
Conclusion: The correct platform jumping and treadmill exercise can significantly improve the severe anxiety, tension and behavior of rats.
