Objective: To study the protective and antithrombotic effects of Xueshuantong Capsule on acute myocardial ischemia induced by coronary artery ligation.
Method: Use the method of ligating the left anterior descending branch to replicate the rat model of acute myocardial ischemia, and use Xueshuantong capsule to affect the electrocardiogram, myocardial infarction range, lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) and creatinine kinase of each group of rats. (Creatine kinase, CK), aspartate aminotransferase (AST), α-hydroxybutyrate dehydrogenase (α-hydroxybutyrate dehydrogenase, α-HBDH), creatine kinase isoenzyme MB (creatine Kinase-MB, CK-MB) used in vitro methods to observe the effects of Xueshuantong Capsules on thrombosis and platelet aggregation.
Results: Xueshuantong capsule 60, 30, 15 mg/kg groups can significantly reduce the myocardial infarction area and serum LDH, CK, CK-MB levels in rats with myocardial ischemia; among them, Xueshuantong capsule 60 mg/kg group Abnormal ECG has a significant inhibitory effect on the incidence. Xueshuantong capsules 30, 15 mg/kg can significantly promote in vitro thrombolysis; Xueshuantong capsules 60, 30, 15 mg/kg can significantly inhibit in vitro ADP and collagen-induced platelet aggregation.
Conclusion: Xueshuantong Capsule can protect rats from acute myocardial ischemia, which may be related to anti-thrombosis.
