  Objective: To conduct genetic testing of various production and breeding populations of Guangxi Zhuang macaques, analyze the genetic background of different breeding populations of Guangxi Zhuang macaques, and conduct genetic quality testing methods and populations of Guangxi Zhuang macaques.

  Method: Provides basic information about the establishment of a resource bank. It uses 20 microsatellite loci and capillary electrophoresis technology to detect the spread of the three different crab test production groups in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region and each group.   Results: 237 alleles were detected, the number of alleles observed (Na) was 5-19, the average was 11.85, the average expected heterozygosity (He) was 0.85, and the average polymorphic information (PIC) was 0.817 . 158, 158, and 173 alleles were detected in three different production groups (F, N, and W).   Conclusion: This study effectively analyzed the genetic polymorphisms of the Guangdong crab monkeys and the genetic relationship between populations. The selected 20 microsatellite loci can be used for genetic quality testing of cynomolgus monkeys.
