　　Purpose By analyzing the stability of the peptidase-3 sample, understand the storage and transportation conditions of the sample, and then take appropriate measures to ensure that the quality of the proficiency testing sample always meets the requirements for the implementation of proficiency testing activities.

　　Method According to the national standard GB/T 14927.1-2008, the sample was prepared. Set -20℃, 4℃, room temperature and 37℃ as 4 temperature check points, set 1d, 2d, 3d, 4d. 5d, 6d, 7d , 14d and 28d are 9 time inspection points for stability inspection.

　　Results Peptidase-3 samples can only be stored stably for 1 day at 37°C, and can be stored stably for 28 days at 4°C, room temperature and -20°C.

　　Conclusion During the implementation of this project, it is necessary to strictly control the storage and transportation conditions of peptidase-3 samples.
