　　According to the "Regulations of the National Natural Science Foundation of China", the National Natural Science Foundation of China's related project management measures and expert review opinions, the National Natural Science Foundation of China (hereinafter referred to as the National Natural Science Foundation of China) in 2020 decided to fund general projects in the medical field 4584 items, 4505 youth science fund projects, 917 regional science fund projects, totaling 10006 items.

　　Relying unit science fund managers and applicants can log on to the science fund network information system (https://isisn.nsfc.gov.cn) after September 27 to inquire about the evaluation results of relevant application projects. The National Natural Science Foundation of China will send a paper project funding result notice to the relevant supporting units, together with a list of funded projects and a list of unfunded projects; it will also send the applicants a notice of approval and non-funding of the application project by email And expert review opinions, the email address used for sending is report@pro.nsfc.gov.cn, and the sending time is September 27-30, 2020.

　　Applicants must ensure that the e-mail address provided is unblocked and valid in order to receive relevant information in a timely manner, otherwise the relevant legal liabilities arising therefrom shall be borne by the applicant.

　　If the applicant has objections to the decision of non-funding, and has clear reasons, he can submit an application for re-examination of the non-funded project to the Natural Science Foundation of China. The relevant matters needing attention are detailed in the attachment. All supporting units and scientific researchers are welcome to put forward their opinions and suggestions on the review work of the National Natural Science Foundation of China.

　　In accordance with the “Administrative Measures for the Review of Projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China” (hereinafter referred to as the “Measures”, see the “Policies and Regulations” section on the homepage of the Natural Science Foundation of China The National Science Foundation of China submitted an application for re-examination of non-funded projects. The relevant notes are as follows:

　　1. Submit a review application

　　1. The acceptance of re-examination applications for non-funded projects will begin on October 1st and end at 16:00 on October 15th.

　　2. Applicants for review of non-funded projects log in to the Science Foundation Network Information System (hereinafter referred to as the information system, https://isisn.nsfc.gov.cn), and fill out an online application form for review of non-funded projects (hereinafter referred to as the application form). If you forget your login user name and password, you can ask for it from the scientific research management department of your unit.

　　3. Applicants for non-funded project review should print a copy of the review application form, confirm that the paper is consistent with the content of the electronic review application form, and sign the paper review application form, and submit it in person or by courier (subject to the postmark date) ) Department of Comprehensive and Strategic Planning, Department of Medical Sciences.

　　2. Accept the review application

　　The Medical Science Department of Natural Science Foundation of China is responsible for accepting applications for review. Please note that a review application with one of the following circumstances listed in Article 8 of the Measures will not be accepted:

　　(2) The time for submitting the review application exceeds the prescribed deadline;

　　(3) The content of the review application or the procedures are incomplete;

　　(4) There are disagreements on academic judgments such as the review opinions of review experts.

　　For re-examination applications that are not accepted, the Ministry of Science shall inform the re-examination applicant of the decision and reasons for the rejection.

　　Three, review and review application

　　1. The Medical Science Department of the Natural Science Foundation of China is responsible for reviewing and accepting applications for review. The review is based on the "Measures", the National Natural Science Foundation of China's related project management methods and the "2020 National Natural Science Foundation of China Project Guide."
