[Animal experiment]-Study on the effect of vilpromide combined with fluoxetine hydrochloride on depression in mice

Objective: To study the effect of Veromet capsule combined with fluoxetine hydrochloride capsule on depression in mice.

Method: Use chronic stress and orphans to establish a mouse depression model. Randomly divided into 5 groups: blank control group, model group, virprozine hydrochloride group, fluoxetine hydrochloride group, and virprodine combined with fluoxetine hydrochloride group (combined drug group), each with 10 rats and continuous intragastric administration 30 days. For comparative analysis, we will observe the weight change, sugar water preference rate, forced swimming immobility time and tail suspension time of each group of mice, and comprehensively evaluate the effects of concomitant drugs on depressed mice. Results When the modeling was completed (day 0), compared with the blank control group, the total sugar water consumption, sugar water preference and body weight of each depression model group were significantly reduced. u003c0.01). After intragastric administration, animals in the experimental group gained weight. On the 30th day, the weight gain of the concomitant drug group was significantly different from that of the model group (P<0.05). On day 39, there was a significant difference in weight gain in the binpromin group (P<0.05). On the 46th day, compared with the fluoxetine hydrochloride group, the weight gain of the combination group had a significant difference (P<0.05). On the 50th day, the total sugar water consumption and sugar water preference rate of each administration experimental group increased to varying degrees. Compared with the model group, the total sugar water consumption and sugar water preference rate of the bipropylamine group were significantly different. Yes (P<0.05). Compared with the model group, the total sugar and water consumption of the combined group are significantly different (P<0.05), and there is a huge difference in the priority of sugar and water of the combined group (P<0.05). P<0.01). Compared with the model group, the forced swimming immobility time and tail suspension time between the bispromine group and the concomitant drug group were significantly reduced, and the swimming time and tail suspension time of the bispromine group were significantly different (P). There is a significant difference in the fixing time of the tail suspension (P<0.01). Compared with the fluoxetine hydrochloride group, the tail suspension fixation time of the combined drug group was significantly different (P<0.05).

Conclusion: Experiments show that virpromid has an antidepressant effect, and the comprehensive effect of fluoxetine hydrochloride is superior. This study provides experimental evidence and reference materials for clinical drugs for clinical depression.
