　　After fixing the animal, use coarse scissors to cut off the required coat part. Please pay attention to the following points when cutting:

　　1. Keep the scissors close to the skin, and do not lift the jacket with your hands to avoid cutting the skin.

　　2. Cut your hair at one end. Do not cut randomly.

　　3. The cut hair is concentrated in the container and should not be left around the operating table to ensure the cleanliness of the operating table and prevent the syringe from pinching the hair.

　　Two, plucking hair

　　When using ear vein injection and blood sampling in rabbits, and when using tail vein injection in rats and mice, please use your thumb and index finger to perform operations without the coat.

　　three. Hair loss

　　Hair loss is a method of using chemicals to remove animal skin. It is suitable for creating a sterile operating table and observing the blood circulation and pathological changes of the animal's local skin.

　　Commonly used hair removal agent prescription:

　　1. Add 3g of sodium sulfide, 1g of soap, 7g of starch and water to make a paste.

　　2. Add 8g of sodium sulfide, 7g of starch, 4g of sugar, 5g of glycerin, 1g of bolux and 75ml of water.

　　3. Dissolve 8 g of sodium sulfide in 100 ml of water. The above depilatory preparations are suitable for depilation of rabbits, mice and other small animals.

　　Four. Dissolved in 10 grams of sodium sulfide, 15 grams of quicklime and 100 milliliters of boiling water, it is suitable for depilation of dogs and other large animals.

　　If you use all the above depilatory agents, you should cut your coat short in advance to save depilatory agents and reduce skin irritation. When applying, soak a cotton ball with a depilatory agent, apply a thin layer on the target area, rinse off the fallen hair with warm water after 2 to 3 minutes, dry the parts with gauze, and apply a layer of grease.
