Comparison of Organ Coefficients of CMU/1 and CMU/2 Inbred Gerbils

Purpose: To study and establish the biological index system of the main organs of Galbil to determine the weight and quality of the main organs of the incoherent Garbil CMU/I and CMU/2, and to provide the necessary parameters for animal experiments.

Method: Choose a 3-4 month old incest Garville, weigh and weigh the organs, and then perform statistical analysis.

Result: There is a significant difference in lung organ coefficient between CMU/1 and CMU/2 inconsistent gerbils, but other differences are not. The Kendall harmony coefficient (W) is close to 1, and the overall developmental coordination of major organs is excellent. Linear regression equation, CMU/1 thymus P\u003c0.05, CMU/2 liver and lung P\u003c0.05, there is a linear relationship between the two samples. CMU/1 liver, spleen, adrenal glands, eggs, pancreas and thymus are positively correlated with body weight.

Conclusion: Among the lung organ coefficients, there is a significant difference in the incoherent Garbil organ coefficients between CMU/1 and CMU/2. Genotype does not significantly affect the number of incoherent Garbil organs.
