　　Objective: To compare the effects of two positive substances, human albumin and ovalbumin, on active systemic allergies in guinea pigs, and to provide a better positive control for allergic tests.

　　Methods: The guinea pigs were randomly divided into 14 groups, with human albumin, ovalbumin (2, 10, 100 mg/head), 0.9% sodium chloride injection and other test substances as controls, to study different sensitizing doses and challenges Under the conditions of dosage and challenge time, guinea pigs' active allergic reaction situation.

　　Results: Within the dose range of 2-100 mg/head, the incidence of active systemic allergic reactions in guinea pigs with human albumin and ovalbumin was 100%. In the dose range of 2-10 mg/head, the degree of allergic symptoms increases with the increase of sensitizing dose and provocation dose. The same dose of ovalbumin has a stronger response than human albumin.

　　Conclusion: In the active systemic allergy test in guinea pigs, ovalbumin is recommended for the positive control, and the dose is 2 mg/mouse.
