Comparison of four test results of blood coagulation in SD rats with two different reagents

Purpose: To compare the four test results (PT, APTT, TT, FIB) of experimental animal SD rats and human blood coagulation reagents of imported and domestic brands of different manufacturers, and observe whether there are differences between them.

Method: Select SPF grade SD rat and human blood coagulation specimens, and use domestic and imported two different brands of blood coagulation reagents to detect the four indexes of PT, APTT, TT and FIB blood coagulation.

Results: Two different brands of blood coagulation reagents showed differences in the four indicators of rat blood coagulation. The results of rat blood coagulation indicators PT, APTT and FIB domestic reagents were higher than those of imported reagents (P<0.05); rat blood The test result of the coagulation index TT imported reagents was higher than that of domestic reagents (P<0.05); while there was no significant difference in human blood coagulation samples.

Conclusion: There may be differences in the results of the four blood coagulation tests (PT, APTT, TT, FIB) of SD rats with blood coagulation reagents from different manufacturers, and each laboratory should establish corresponding background data according to their needs.
