Results: After 2 weeks of modeling, there were endometriotic lesions in the subcutaneous and abdominal cavity of the mice. There were three groups: model group, sham operation group and blank group. Through the test of fertility function, the difference in pregnancy rate of the three groups was significant (P<0.05). The difference in the number of live births in the three groups was significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion: Successfully established a mouse model of endometriosis, and confirmed that endometriosis can affect the reproductive function of model mice.
