Localization and expression analysis of vitamin D receptor in the duodenum of C57BL/6 mice

Objective: To investigate the location and expression of vitamin D receptor (VDR) in the duodenum of C57BL/6 mice, and to study the relationship between the vitamin D system and the development of the intestine.

Methods: Using real-time quantitative PCR (qPCR), hematoxylin and eosin staining, immunofluorescence staining, Western blotting (Western blotting, WB) detection technology, localization and expression of VDR in the duodenum of C57BL/6 mice Do qualitative and quantitative analysis.

Result: The expression of VDR mRNA in the duodenal tissue of C57BL/6 mice reached its peak on the 21st day of birth. In addition, VDR is mainly distributed in the cytoplasm of duodenal epithelial cells and smooth muscle cells of C57BL/6 mice. WB detection of tissue samples showed that during duodenal development of C57BL/6 mice, VDR did not undergo significant nuclear translocation.

Conclusion: The expression of VDR in the duodenum of C57BL/6 mice at different growth and development stages was analyzed from the perspective of molecular biology, which laid a theoretical foundation for understanding and perfecting the role of VDR in the intestine.
