How to measure the temperature and humidity of laboratory animals?
(1) Measurement conditions
1. The measurement shall be performed after the completion of the facility, after 48 hours of operation of the air conditioning system or during the normal operation of the facility. During the measurement process, the breeding/breeding area and the experimental work area are determined according to the air conditioning and cleanliness required by the facility design, and the measurement points are placed in the area.
2. Generally, the animal cage in the breeding room should be an animal cage.
3. The constant temperature and humidity room is 0.5m away from the house structure, and the power area is 0.1 to 2.0m above the ground.
4. The supply area of the vertical parallel flow and turbulent flow clean room is the same as that of the constant temperature and humidity room.
(two) measuring instrument
1. Standard mercury wet and dry thermometers and thermistor digital thermometers with an accuracy of 0.1 or higher.
2, the measuring equipment must be within a valid inspection period.
(3) Measuring method
1. If the ambient temperature fluctuation range of the facility exceeds 2°C, and the relative humidity fluctuation range of the room exceeds 10%, the temperature and humidity measurement should be performed 8 hours per time
