Establishment and evaluation of rat model of endometriosis with pelvic adhesion

Objective: To explore the establishment method and evaluation index of a rat model of endometriosis with pelvic adhesions. Methods: Autologous transplantation was used to transplant the endometrium into the mesentery of rats. Eight rats were randomly selected at 1, 3, 5, 7, 14, 21, 28 days after surgery to observe the growth of the lesions. Acquire adhesion grading (AFS) grading and Haber adhesion scoring two methods to score the degree of pelvic adhesion at the same time; at the same time, each group of lesions and surrounding adhesion peritoneal tissues were used for HE staining; groups 5, 7, 14, 21, 28 after operation Adhesive tissues around the lesion were taken, and its tissue-type plasminogen activator (tPA) content was dynamically detected. Results: Both adhesion scoring methods showed that typical pelvic adhesions had formed 5 days after modeling; compared with the blank control group and sham operation, the tPA content in the pelvic adhesion peritoneal tissue of each model group was extremely reduced after 5 days of modeling. (P<0.01), the tPA content showed an upward trend 28 days after the model was created, but it was still significantly lower than the blank control group and the sham operation group (P <0.01).

Conclusion: The autologous transplantation method is used to transplant the endometrium into the mesentery to establish the EMs pelvic adhesion model. 5 days after the modeling is the mature model, tPA is related to the occurrence of EMs pelvic adhesion.
