Effects of Xueshuantong Capsules on Acute Myocardial Ischemia and Thrombosis

  Objective: To study the protective and antithrombotic effects of Xueshuantong Capsule on acute myocardial ischemia model rats caused by coronary artery ligation. Methods: The rat model of acute myocardial ischemia was replicated by ligating the anterior descending branch of the left coronary artery. The electrocardiogram, myocardial infarction range, lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) and creatine kinase ( creatine kinase (CK), aspartate aminotransferase (AST), α-hydroxybutyrate dehydrogenase (α-HBDH), creatine kinase isoenzyme MB (creatine kinase- MB, CK-MB); in vitro methods were used to observe the effects of Xueshuantong Capsules on thrombosis and platelet aggregation. Results: Xueshuantong Capsule 60, 30, 15 mg/kg groups can significantly reduce the myocardial infarction area of myocardial ischemia model rats, and reduce serum LDH, CK and CK-MB levels; among them, Xueshuantong Capsule 60 mg/kg group has abnormal electrocardiogram The occurrence percentage has a significant inhibitory effect. Xueshuantong capsules 30, 15 mg/kg can significantly promote in vitro thrombolysis; Xueshuantong capsules 60, 30, 15 mg/kg can significantly inhibit in vitro ADP and collagen induced platelet aggregation.

   Conclusion: Xueshuantong Capsule has a protective effect on the injury caused by acute myocardial ischemia in rats, which may be related to anti-thrombosis.
