Objective: To investigate the changes of coagulation function in sepsis rat model induced by cecal ligation and perforation.
Method: CLP was used to induce sepsis in SD rats, and relevant coagulation function indexes were detected at 8, 16, and 48 hours after operation. The histopathological changes of lung, kidney, liver, and spleen were observed by HE staining. Results: The 12-day survival rate of CLP-induced sepsis rats was 30%, the onset was rapid and the mortality rate was high. In the acute phase of the disease development, the APTT time of CLP rats was prolonged at 8h (P<0.05), at 16h The PT time is prolonged (P<0.05), the XII activity of the endogenous coagulation pathway and the VII activity of the exogenous coagulation pathway are temporarily inhibited. TT is prolonged at 48h (P<0.01). FIB content gradually starts from 16h Increase (P<0.001). Among other important indicators related to coagulation and anticoagulation, the number of PLT gradually decreased from 8h (P<0.01); vWF: Ag content gradually increased from 8h (P<0.001); D-D content decreased from 8h Gradually increased at 16h (P<0.05); PS: Ag content decreased significantly until 48h (P<0.001); while AT-III content did not change significantly. Pathological examination revealed that lung, kidney, liver, and spleen tissues were damaged to varying degrees , But did not show obvious venous thrombosis and bleeding characteristics.
Conclusion: There is coagulation disorder in the rat sepsis model in the acute phase, but no histopathological changes caused by coagulation function are observed.
