　　Objective To design and develop a simple rat and mouse laser locator to provide a safe, convenient, accurate, inexpensive and easy-to-operate experimental tool for medical MRI experiments.

　　 Method Select the combination of plexiglass plate and laser locator to make small animal laser locator.

　　 Results Compared with other similar products, the mouse laser locator has the advantages of simple production, safety, basically meeting experimental requirements, and low price.

　　 Conclusion The small animal laser locator has played a positive role in the small animal NMR inspection, greatly shortening the experiment time and improving the accuracy of the placement of the experimental animals, providing a strong guarantee for the next step of the NMR scanning of the experimental animals.
