Objective: To establish the method and technology of Gerville orthotopic liver transplantation model.
Method: Modified double cannulation, 100 pairs of Gerville orthotopic liver transplantation, portal vein and inferior great vein cannulation anastomosis, supraclavicular vein suture and bile duct stent placement for complete bile duct reconstruction.
Results: After the operation is mature, the donor operation time is 34.56±5.12 minutes, the liver repair and cannula insertion time is 15.43±2.75 minutes, the recipient operation time is 58.37±8.54 minutes, and the anhepatic stage is 23.66 which is ±4.47. The success rate of minor surgery is 86.67% (survival rate 6 hours or more after surgery).
Conclusion: The improved double intubation method has successfully established the Gerville liver transplantation model, and training surgical skills can increase the success rate of surgery and prolong Gerville’s survival.
