Objective: How to establish a mouse lung adenoma model and perform blood biochemistry, blood routine, urine routine and pathological examinations?
Method: 7 B6.129S4-Krastm4Tyj/J positive mice, 4 experimental groups, 3 controls were obtained by PCR identification. In addition, 3 wild-type control groups were established. Cre adenovirus was injected into the nasal cavity of the experimental group and the wild-type control group once a week for a total of 4 times. Collect blood in the 5th week, and collect urine for blood biochemistry, routine blood tests and lung tests. Histopathological examination and fluorescence quantitative PCR to detect Cre expression?
Result: All four positive mice had multiple lung adenomas, the average number was 4.25, and the volume was (10.81±6.38) mm3. No tumors were found in the control group? Is the tumor swollen and growing? Are the boundaries clear? Are tumor cells like cubic epithelium? Are the glands arranged irregularly and there is no thread segmentation? Compared with the control group, do mice with lung adenoma have higher LDL cholesterol? The difference in average platelet count is important; is there an increase in direct bilirubin compared to the control group? HDL cholesterol is lower than the control group. Does the difference matter?
Conclusion: As a result, a mouse lung tumor model was established, and its blood biochemistry, blood routine, urine routine and pathology were measured?
