　　Objective: To compare the success rate of collagen-induced arthritis (CIA) and antigen-induced arthritis (AIA) in C57BL/6 mice. 

　　 Method: Divide 42 mice into two groups. Is the CIA a group? Is the other AIA? There are 3 mice in each normal group and 18 mice in the model group? After building the model last time, have you regularly monitored the weight of the mouse? The diameter of the knee and ankle joints?

　　Result: In the case of C57BL/6, the success rate of CIA modeling is not high, and the difference is large. The success rate of AIA modeling is high, but is the maintenance time short?

　　 Conclusion: Is it appropriate to establish a CIA model in subsequent transgenic mice to more comprehensively study the pathogenic mechanism of rheumatoid arthritis (rheumatoid arthritis, RA)?
