  Objective: To explore the effect of Wenjing Zhitong Recipe on the expression of AKT/mTOR pathway related molecules in endometriosis model rats.

  Method: The 75 mature Wistar rats successfully modeled were randomly divided into two parts. In addition to the 5 groups, there are a total of 6 groups, namely the sham operation group, each with 15 rats.    Conclusion: Is the occurrence of endometriosis related to the AKT/mTOR signaling pathway and the expression level of VEGF? Does Wenjing Zhitong Decoction effectively block the AKT/mTOR signaling pathway and reduce serum VEGF expression, thereby inhibiting ectopic endometrial adhesion, invasion and angiogenesis?
