　　Objective: To establish a mouse model of endometriosis and observe the effect of endometriosis on the fertility of model mice.

　　 Method: Use "peritoneum + subcutaneous" allogeneic endometrial injection method to establish endometriosis mouse model, compare with sham operation group and blank group, observe pregnancy rate and birth rate, observe endometriosis. The effect of ectopic disease on the fertility of model mice.

　　Result: Two weeks after modeling, endometriotic lesions appeared on the skin and abdomen of mice. It is divided into three groups: model group, sham operation group and blank group. By testing fertility, the pregnancy rate difference between the three groups was significant (P\u003c0.05). There was a significant difference in the number of births between the three groups (P\u003c0.05).

　　 Conclusion: We have successfully established a mouse model of endometriosis and confirmed that endometriosis may affect the reproductive function of model mice.
