Objective: To investigate the effect of electroacupuncture on the expression of stimulatory receptor (TREM)-1 in bone marrow cells of ankle synovial tissue in rats with acute gouty arthritis (AGA).
Method: 40 SD male rats were randomly divided into normal group, model group, western medicine group and electroacupuncture group. The normal group was fed 10 animals regularly, and the rest were fed sodium urate solution. The AGA model was established by injection. Two days before modeling, the normal group and the model group were given 20 ml/kg normal saline, the western medicine group was given 1 mg/kg corticosteroid solution, and the electroacupuncture group was tested by Sanyinjiao, Xiexi and Kunlun respectively. , The frequency is selected from 1.5. ? 2Hz, voltage 9V, current intensity 1-3mA, density wave, holding needle for 20 minutes, once per day, for 9 consecutive days. The joint dysfunction of each group of rats was analyzed. The content of tumor necrosis factor TNF-α and interleukin IL-1β in the synovial tissue of ankle joint was detected by ELISA method, and the expression of TREM-1 was detected by immunohistochemical method. And detected by Western blot.
Result: Compared with the normal group, the dysfunction index of rats in the model group increased significantly (P<0.01), and the content of TNF-α and IL-1β increased significantly (P<0.01). (U003c0.05), the expression of TREM-1 in the test ankle synovial tissue was significantly increased (P<0.05), the dysfunction index of rats in the western medicine group and the electroacupuncture group was higher than that of the model group. Significantly decreased (P0.05).
Conclusion: The mechanism of AGA electroacupuncture may be achieved by inhibiting the expression of TREM-1.
