Objective: To understand the therapeutic effect and pain mechanism of adenomyosis in mice.
Method: Modeling by tamoxifen method. After treatment with various drugs, the estrus cycle of the mice was monitored to detect the levels of 5-HT, GnRH-R, NGF and NF.
Result: The 5-HT level in the control group was significantly higher than the 5-HT level in the model. The expression of GnRH-R and NGF in normal and orthotopic endometrium was significantly lower than that in ectopic endometrium. The expression of NF in normal endometrium is significantly lower than that in erect and ectopic endometrium.
Conclusion: Like all doses of anal muscles, half the dose of anal muscles can slow down the progression of adenomyosis, but does not significantly affect the benefits of the estrus cycle. You can use Diane-35 to enhance the effect after the congenital total. 5-HT may be involved in the pain mechanism of adenomyosis.
