　　Objective: To observe the effect of Bushen ovulation decoction (polycystic ovary syndrome, PCOS) on sex hormones, anti-Mullerian hormone (AMH) and ovarian morphology in rats with polycystic ovary syndrome.

　　Method: Apply Bushen and Ovulation Decoction to the DHEA-induced PCOS rat model, perform ovarian morphology analysis, and detect serum sex hormones and AMH.

　　Result: Compared with the normal group, the ovaries of the model group were diffuse cysts and severely expanded. The cysts were of different sizes, granular cells were compressed into flat or cube-like shapes, and the corpus luteum and various follicles at different developmental stages were few. Bushen Promoting Ovulation Decoction can significantly improve the mature follicle count, corpus luteum count, sex hormones and AMH levels of PCOS model rats, which are statistically different from the model group (P\u003c0.05).

　　 Conclusion: Bushen ovulation decoction can improve the serum sex hormone levels in PCOS model rats, reduce serum AMH, and restore ovulation function, thereby having a therapeutic effect on polycystic ovary syndrome.
