[Animal modeling]-Expression and regulation of PCOS susceptibility gene Hmga2 in mouse decidualization

Objective: To study the expression and regulation of PCOS susceptibility gene Hmga2 in endometrial acceptance and decidualization.

Method: Use qPCR and Westernblot technology to pass early pregnancy, delayed implantation and activation, artificial decidua, ovarian steroid therapy and other functions of Hmga2 in endometrial receptivity that I will explain.

Result: As the pregnancy gradually increased, the expression of Hmga2 at the implantation point was significantly higher than that at the non-implantation point. The expression of embryo activation group was significantly higher than that of delayed implantation. , Artificially induced decidualized and non-decidualized Hmga2 expression significantly increased. Hmga2 expression is positively correlated with estrogen and progesterone, and is regulated by estrogen and progesterone in the body.

Conclusion: The expression of Hmga2 is closely related to the embryo implantation process of early pregnancy in mice. It participates in the process of endometrial decidualization and the effect of activated blastocysts and steroid hormones, indicating that you will accept it.
