Objective: To evaluate the effect of transverse bone wound healing agent on the blood physiological indexes and organ coefficients of Tupai castration osteoporotic fracture model.
Method: 30 female trees were divided into control group, model group and treatment group. The ovaries of the trees in the treatment group and model group were removed for 6 months. After confirming osteoporosis, they caused a tibia fracture. From the second day after the fracture, the Henggu bone wound healing agent was orally administered to the treatment group once every two days, and the same amount of normal saline was orally administered to the model group and the control group. After 3 months of oral administration, the blood physiological indexes and organ coefficients of each group of were tested.
Results: Among the 16 blood physiological indicators, the white blood cell count, lymphocyte count and percentage of the model group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P <0.01), and the percentage and absolute values were all monocytes. The proportion also decreased (P<0.05). Compared with the model group, the percentage and absolute value of spleen mononuclear cells in the treatment group increased significantly (P<0.01), and the absolute value and percentage of lymphocyte and white blood cell counts increased significantly (P<0.05). The coefficient of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the model group (P<0.05).
Conclusion: Transverse bone wound healing agent can improve the immunity of osteoporotic fracture tree sh.
