[Animal modeling]-The protective effect of aerobic exercise combined with paeonol PLGA nanoparticles on obese rats with hyperlipidemia

Objective: To investigate the effects of aerobic exercise combined with paeonol PLGA nanoparticles on blood biochemistry and lipid metabolism in obese rats with hyperlipidemia.

Method: 40 clean-grade male SD rats were induced with a high-fat diet for 8 weeks to construct a model of obesity with hyperlipidemia. The model rats were randomly divided into model control group (Model), aerobic exercise group (MS), Dan Dermatol PLGA nanoparticle group (MP) and aerobic exercise combined with paeonol PLGA nanoparticle group (SP), 8 per group, continuous intervention for 6 weeks and weight measurement; after the intervention, an automatic blood biochemical analyzer The contents of total cholesterol (TC), triglycerides (TG) and high-density lipoprotein (HDL-C) in mouse serum were analyzed and the liver coefficient was calculated; at the same time, the serum lipoprotein (LPL) liver lipase (HL ) Content was detected, and abdominal fat was sampled for HE staining analysis.

Results: Compared with the model control group, the weight, blood biochemical parameters, liver coefficient, lipase and liver lipase content of the MS group, MP group, and SP group were improved, and the SP intervention group had the best effect. Compared with the control group, there were statistical differences (P<0.01), but there was no statistical difference between MS and MP. The statistical results of pathological sections of abdominal fat showed that under the same field of view, the SP intervention group had smaller abdominal fat cells and the largest number.

Conclusion: Aerobic exercise combined with paeonol PLGA nanoparticles intervention can significantly improve obesity with lipid metabolism disorders induced by high-fat diet, reduce liver index, and effectively regulate lipid metabolism to relieve fat accumulation.
