Objective To explore the influence of different exercise methods on the emotional behavior of aggressive rats. Methods 50 male SD rats of 12 weeks old SPF grade were randomly divided into 5 groups after one week of adaptive feeding: quiet (A) group, aggressive model (G) group, aggressive jumping platform (GT) group, aggressive treadmill (GP) In the intrusion (R) group, single cage breeding + foreign mouse invasion was used to establish a rat attack model, and the emotional behavior changes of the attack model rats were observed. Two exercise methods of platform jumping and treadmill exercise were used to intervene for 8 weeks. Weekly training for 3 days, and treadmill group training for 5 days a week. In the middle and late training period, the rats in each group were subjected to open field experiments to observe the changes in emotional behavior of rats after exercise intervention.
Results During the experiment, the rats in the aggressive model (G) group significantly reduced their exploratory behavior, activity level and autonomous activity, and had higher emotional anxiety and tension. After 4 weeks of intervention in platform and treadmill exercises, they attacked the platform ( There are significant differences in the number of standings, the number of straddles and the number of modifications in the GT) group and the attack treadmill (GP) group. The average speed, central activity time and total distance of the two groups of rats increased significantly. The behavioral changes of rats in the model (G) group, such as excitability, exploratory behavior, and self-attention, all have different degrees of improvement, and platform jumping has a more obvious influence on the behavior of rats. After 8 weeks of intervention, platform jumping and treadmill exercise , The excitability of the rats in the attack jumping platform (GT) group and the attack treadmill (GP) group increased significantly, but the excitability, exploratory behavior and spontaneous activity of the rats after the intervention of the treadmill exercise were significantly reduced, and the attack model ( G) There is no significant difference between the groups.
Conclusion Appropriate platform jumping and treadmill exercise can significantly improve the anxiety, tension and action behavior of aggressive rats.
