[Animal Modeling]-Effect of Astragalus Polysaccharides on Growth Performance, Blood Physiological and Biochemical Indexes and Incidence of Diarrhea in Reproductive Macaques

Objective: To study the application of diarrhea polysaccharides in the feeding and management of experimental animals from the growth potential of diarrhea polysaccharides, blood physiology and biochemistry and the incidence of reproductive macaque diarrhea.

Method: Choose 60 macaques of different ages, add 0.1% astragalus polysaccharide to the feed, and feed them once a day. Before the experiment, blood was drawn 1 month and 3 months later, physiological and biochemical indicators were measured, body weight was measured, and the incidence of diarrhea was calculated.

Result: As the time of adding Astragalus polysaccharides increases, body weight tends to increase, and the number of white blood cells and lymphocytes in the blood routine also tends to increase. Aspartate aminotransferase, alanine aminotransferase, total bilirubin, urea, total cholesterol, triglycerides, high density lipoprotein cholesterol, low density lipoprotein cholesterol, magnesium, C3, C4, lgA, IgG are all rising , Blood sugar levels are falling. trend. With the increase of the time of adding astragalus polysaccharide, the number of diarrhea of the monkeys tended to decrease.

Conclusion: Astragalus polysaccharide can significantly improve the feed utilization rate of breeding macaques, effectively regulate immunity, and have excellent preventive and therapeutic effects on diarrhea in breeding macaques.
