Objective: To study the development of spontaneous lesions in SPFSD young mice, and to provide data for the preclinical safety evaluation of drugs, especially pediatric drugs. In the toxicity study of repeated administration to young SD rats in the past two years, the negative control group rats were collected at day 51 (PND51), day 65 (PND65), day 111 (PND111) and day 139 (PND139) Methods To take pathological sections, observe the type and histomorphological characteristics of SD rats under an optical microscope, and count the incidence of lesions.
Result: The analysis reported the natural pathological changes of young SPF SD rats at different developmental stages, mainly including heart, liver, kidney and other organ pathological changes. Among them, the incidence and degree of natural pathological changes in the liver, heart and kidney of rats and rats are different. The development of the body has been improved and deepened.
Conclusion: The spontaneous lesions of SPSPD pups at different developmental stages and their incidence can provide a reference for repeated administration toxicity studies.
