Among them, the incidence and degree of natural pathological changes in the liver, heart and kidney of rats and rats are different. The development of the body has been improved and deepened.

　　 Conclusion: The spontaneous lesions of SPSPD pups at different developmental stages and their incidence can provide a reference for repeated administration toxicity studies.
