Objective To introduce an experimental method to establish a full-thickness skin graft model in Wistar rats, and to improve the success rate of skin graft surgery in Wistar rats.
Methods 12 Wistar rats of Qingqing grade, male, 3 months old, weighing 300-330g, according to weighing and anesthesia, skin preparation and marking, rat fixation and disinfection, full-thickness skin slices and trimming, full-thickness skin The experimental procedure of replanting the slices and taking measures to avoid rat biting and scratching is to establish a full-thickness skin graft model.
Results All the 12 Wistar rats in this group survived with skin grafts on the side chest. No skin infection or necrosis occurred. After the operation, the rats eat normally and can move around freely. No rats died abnormally after being kept for 1-2 months.
Conclusion The experimental method established in this experiment is simple and effective, and provides specific experimental methods for related research.
