Objective: To establish an orthotopic transplantation model of gastric cancer in nude mice.
Method: Use Matrx VIP3000 gas anesthesia system to anesthetize experimental animals. The "implantation method", "line suspension method" and "gastric pouch method" were used to establish an orthotopic xenograft model of gastric cancer in BALB/c nude mice. CaliperIVIS dynamic small animal real-time imaging system is used to detect and analyze the growth of solid tumors after surgery. On the 28th day after the operation, histopathological examination of the tumor tissue was performed.
Result: The implantation method was used to establish a model of orthotopic gastric cancer transplantation in nude mice. In addition to the high success rate of transplantation like other commonly used methods, it also has the advantages of easy operation, short time and low difficulty. And the tumor tissue is not easy to directly contact with other tissues.
Conclusion: This implantation method can quickly prepare a large number of orthotopic gastric cancer orthotopic transplantation models in mice, which provides convenience for the research of orthotopic gastric cancer orthotopic transplantation models.
