[Animal Modeling]-Establishment and phenotype analysis of the intestinal model of C57BL/6 mice infected with Salmonella typhimurium S. Typhimurium

Objective: To establish a model of Salmonella typhimurium infection in mice C57BL/6 mice.

Method: First, neutralize part of the stomach acid with 5% LVDS3 solution to increase the infectivity of Salmonella typhimurium, and then perform gastric stimulation with Salmonella typhimurium. Observe the clinical manifestations of the mice, perform statistical analysis on the survival ability and weight of the mice, and analyze the pathological changes of the mouse intestinal tissue through histopathological sections.

Result: C57BL/6 mice showed weight loss, malaise, chills and death after Salmonella challenge, and the anatomical level showed mouse intestinal congestion and swelling. Pathological analysis showed edema, necrosis of the intestinal mucosa and infiltration of inflammatory cells in the mouse small intestine.

Conclusion: Salmonella typhimurium is infected with Salmonella typhimurium C57BL/6. We have successfully established a mouse intestinal model. This model is S. This is very important in the study of the biological function and the treatment of related immune molecules or cytokines in the process of murine typhoid enteritis.
