Purpose: Use electrocardiogram to detect and identify pressure-overloaded rats with chronic heart failure.
Method: 20 male SD rats were randomly divided into sham operation group (S group) and heart failure group (HF group). In the heart failure group, abdominal aortic valve stenosis was used to establish the model, and in the sham operation group, only threading was performed without contraction. Ⅱ The reed electrocardiogram was used to detect the limbs of the reed and perform statistical analysis.
Results: 10 weeks after the operation, the ECG examination showed the following characteristics: Heart failure group (HF group): (1) Heart rate, P wave amplitude and P wave time limit increased significantly (P). u003c0.05) ;②R wave amplitude is obviously larger. Rats in group S (P<0.05), (3) the displacement of the J dim electrogram increased significantly (P<0.05), and the ST height decreased significantly (P<0.05).
Conclusion: The ECG characteristics of pressure-overloaded heart failure rats are very clear. As a non-invasive method, ECG testing can effectively assess heart failure caused by pressure overload in rats.
