Expression of Growth Hormone Gene in Different Growth Stages and Different Tissues and Organs of Tibet Miniature Pig

OBJECTIVE: To determine the expression levels of growth hormone gene in Tibetan miniature pigs in different organs and at different ages.

Methods: Using the method of Real-time PCR, GAPDH was used as the internal reference, and the quantitative analysis was performed for 0 years old (1 day old), 0.1 years old (36 days old), 0.25 years old (90 days old), 0.5 years old (180 days old), 1 The expression levels of growth hormone gene mRNA in the heart, liver, spleen, lung, kidney, muscle, and skin tissues of Tibetan minipigs aged (360 days), 2 years (720 days), and 3 years (1080 days), and Perform comparative analysis.

Result: The growth hormone gene is expressed in the heart, liver, spleen, lung, kidney, muscle, and skin of Tibetan miniature pigs of all ages. Among the expressions of different organs, the growth hormone gene has the highest expression in the skin at 0 and 0.5 years old, and the lowest expression in muscle tissue. The highest expression level in lung tissue was at the age of 0.25 and 1 year old, and the highest expression level in the liver was at the age of 0.1 and 3 years; among the expressions at different ages, the expression of growth hormone gene reached its peak at the age of 0.1.

Conclusion: The expression of growth hormone gene in Tibetan mini-pigs shows obvious temporal and spatial specificity.
