Objective: To explore the possibility of replicating a compound model of renal edema in rats.
Method: A rat renal pudendal edema model was established by forced oral administration of tyrosine tablets and tail vein injection of doxorubicin, and a rat renal positive edema model was established by intramuscular injection of hydrocortisone and tail vein injection of doxorubicin. By observing the changes in physical signs of model rats, 24-hour urine protein content, triiodothyroxine (T3), thyroid (T4), cyclic adenosine monophosphate (cAMP), guanosine monophosphate (CGMP) and other indicators to determine estrogen The glycol (E2) and testosterone (T) models were successful.
Results: The animals in the Yin and Yang weak and edema group showed clinical symptoms such as hyperactivity, hair loss, dry stool, weight loss and increased body temperature. Compared with the blank group, T3, T4, cAMP, E2 content and 24-hour urine protein significantly increased, cGMP decreased, and T content significantly increased the cAMP/cGMP ratio. All indicators had significant differences (P\u003c0.05) ). The animals in the Yang deficiency and edema groups showed signs of hypofunction, loose stools, and decreased body weight and body temperature. Compared with the blank group, the contents of T3, T4, cAMP and E2 were significantly reduced, while cGMP, T and 24-hour urine protein were significantly increased. , The ratio of cAMP/cGMP decreased, and the difference between each index was significant (P\u003c0.05).
Conclusion: It is possible to establish a complex animal disease model and kidney shadow deficiency, yang deficiency and edema caused by thyroxine tablets combined with doxorubicin and hydrocortisone injection combined with doxorubicin and the establishment of modeling methods.
