[Animal Modeling]-Breast Cancer Experimental Animal Model

Breast cancer is the second most common cancer in the world. In 2012, 16.7 million new cases of breast cancer occurred worldwide, and the incidence of breast cancer is increasing year by year. According to statistics from the American Cancer Society, in the United States alone, there were more than 231,000 new cases of breast cancer in 2015, and there were approximately 2,350 new cases of breast cancer in men. With the deepening of research related to breast cancer, animal models of breast cancer are widely used. We strictly abide by strict conditions and conduct basic experiments on the onset, onset and mechanism of breast cancer. Further clinical observations will be made. We are looking for effective measures to prevent and treat breast cancer. The ideal animal model plays a very important role in the research of human diseases. This article reviews the current status of research on the creation and evaluation of experimental animal models of breast cancer.
