　　Bone metastasis is one of the common complications of lung cancer. The higher the patient's survival rate, the greater the risk of bone metastasis. The animal model of lung cancer bone metastasis is an important tool for studying lung cancer bone metastasis. It is essential for explaining the pathophysiological mechanism of lung cancer bone metastasis and developing and evaluating lung cancer treatment methods.

　　In this article, we will review the research status of lung cancer bone metastasis animal models reported in Japan and overseas, and explain in detail lung cancer cell lines, experimental animal strains, model construction methods and important evaluation methods. I will provide references for lung cancer research.
