How to build an experimental rabbit face lifting model? -【Animal Modeling】

  Objective: To establish a rabbit face model of the lifting experiment, to further evaluate the lifting effect of the plastic tape (plastic tape) on the absorbent soft tissue on the skin, and to provide experimental evidence for the clinical application of the plastic tape.

  Method: 36 Japanese big-eared white rabbits were randomly divided into a model control group (6) and a shape-lifting group (30). We created a facial skin lifting model using facial skin resection. Among them, the plastic belt lifting group was transplanted after facial skin removal, and the model control group only had facial skin removal and lifting in each experimental group; in general, the skin lifting effect and the performance of the plastic belt after transplantation.   Result: The skin wound of each rabbit healed within 3-7 days after the operation.   Conclusion: This study successfully established an experimental rabbit facial skin lift model.
