Objective: To explore the effect of rat serum time on the results of 14 blood biochemical tests.
Method: Randomly select 40 adult SD rats, collect venous blood samples on an empty stomach, leave them for 1 hour, separate the serum, seal the aliquots, and store them in a refrigerator at 4°C and -20°C. use. Automatic biochemical analyzer for the separation of serum alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate aminotransferase (AST), alkaline phosphatase ( ALP) and total protein (TP), albumin (ALB)), creatinine (CREA-J), uric acid (UA), urea nitrogen (UREA), blood glucose (GLU), total cholesterol (TC), triglycerides ( TG), low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C)), 14 blood biochemical indicators of Lactobacillus, such as creatinine kinase (CK) hydrogenase (LDH), and compare them.
Result: The change trend of blood biochemical data of male and female rats is the same. When stored at 4°C, compared with 0 hours, ALP was significantly reduced at 4, 24, 96 and 7 days (P0.05). When stored at -20°C, compared with 0 hours, the ALT on day 7 increased significantly (P0.05).
Conclusion: The blood biochemical measurement of rats, especially the ALP measurement, should be completed as soon as possible after the serum is collected. When refrigerated at 4°C, the measured value of UA should not exceed 4 hours, and the measured value of ALB and CREA of -J should not exceed -J. The measurement of ALT, AST, TP, urea, GLU, TC, TG, LDL-C, CK, LDH and other indicators shall not exceed 7 days.
