  Objective: To establish a rat model of acute enteritis and observe its maintenance time.

  Method: The rat AGA model was replicated by injecting 25 mg/mL sodium urate (sodium urate, MSU) crystal suspension into the ankle joint cavity. Dynamic observation of multiple time points for 8 days to observe the local skin temperature and swelling degree. Using rat ankle joints, the pathological changes of gait, synovial inflammatory cells and synovial tissue are used to determine whether the model is formed and how long it can be maintained.

  Results: 3 hours after modeling, the ankle joint swelled, skin temperature increased, gait abnormality, the number of inflammatory cells in the joint fluid increased, synovial tissue hyperplasia, synovial hyperemia, synovial cell physiological saline and the model group and two The differences between each indicator group and the above blank group are all significant (P\u003c0.01). After 4 hours of modeling, the inflammatory symptoms in the normal saline group were significantly reduced, with a difference of 3 hours (P\u003c0.01), and the model group started at 3 hours (P\u003c0.01). Compared with the normal saline group, the difference was statistically significant (P\u003c0.01); 24 hours after modeling, the normal saline group returned to normal, and inflammation continued to increase; 48-72 hours after modeling, local inflammation in the model group was as Swelling, skin temperature and abnormal gait peaked; 96-168 hours after modeling, the joints in the ankle joint local inflammation model group gradually decreased, but the indicators were different from the blank group and were still significant (P\u003c0.01); model After group modeling, swelling, skin temperature, abnormal gait, and other external inflammatory symptoms for 192 hours, the number of inflammatory cells and pathological changes in the synovium were still different from those in the normal control group. The blank group, but statistically significant (P\u003c0.01).

  Conclusion: The ankle cavity injection of MSU crystal suspension can successfully prepare and identify the AGA rat model 4 hours after modeling, and can maintain at least 168 hours after modeling.
