【Animal Modeling】-What is the GFP/Luc double-labeled esophageal cancer cell animal model?

Objective: To establish a green fluorescent protein (GFP)/luciferase (Luc) dual-labeled human esophageal cancer ECA109 cell line (ECA109-LucGFP) in a non-invasive organism and monitor the nude mouse tumor model of esophageal cancer.

Method: MTT? Flow Cytometry? Scratch test analysis to detect the biological characteristics of ECA109-Luc-GFP cell line and normal ECA109 cells? Tumors to be followed up with in vivo imaging systems?

Results: Compared with normal ECA109, ECA109-Luc-GFP cells have no significant differences in cell viability, proliferation and migration ability (P→0.05)? Are organisms such as tumor growth and metastasis scientifically observed through in vivo imaging experiments in small animals? feature?

Conclusion: GFP success/Luc double-labeled human esophageal cancer ECA109 cell line (ECA109-Luc-GFP) was constructed in small animals. Have you applied in vivo imaging applications to observe the growth of esophageal cancer animal models in vivo?
